DIVA Show Prep
Over the last 7 years, Lindsay has won 20 titles. She has twice been crowned the WBFF Bikini Champion, and once she won the title of Fitness America Champion. She is now using her talents and experience as a modeling and competition expert to coach over 100 girls whom she considers to be her Fitness DIVA team.
The girls coached by Lindsay and the DIVA team are serious, aspiring competitors, interested in intense competition preparation. Lindsay loves coaching women who are driven and passionate about competing. Her specialty is providing step-by-step guidance for bikini and modeling competitive sport.
The online competition prep-coaching program is designed for women who are serious beginners, as well as intermediate or advanced competitors. Even if you are confused, overwhelmed, and not sure how to get started, Lindsay and the DIVA team can give you a plan that fits your competition goals.
