In the event your credit card is declined, Fitness Cover Model Inc. will inform you of this event and request a new credit card number. Please provide Fitness Cover Model Inc. with your new credit card number within 7 days so we can fulfill your order without you having to resubmit your order.
If your credit card is NOT updated within 7 days, your membership will be automatically canceled and you will have to re-join at the current monthly rate.

Sales Tax
Kindly note that all orders shipped from lindsaymessina.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.

Canceling your Subscription
We require a 30 day notice, prior to your next billing cycle, to cancel your membership if you do not wish to be charged again. Once your cancellation is processed, you will no longer have access to the private website or coaching services. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Support at fitnesscovermodel@gmail.com
Please use the “Contact Support” form inside the private website. We’ll respond as soon as possible to confirm the account cancellation via email. Please note that cancellations via email may take up to 5 days from receipt of your request to process. Once your cancellation has been processed, you will not be billed again and your cancellation will be effective immediately. As of the day of cancellation, you will no longer have access to the private website or coaching services.
