Do you want to shed body fat and achieve a fitter, more toned physique, improve your overall health, and feel great about your body? Then our Lose Weight, Feel Great program is for you!
We will teach you how to make healthy and positive changes to your eating and exercise habits, and you’ll experience the freedom, energy and happiness of a fit and healthy lifestyle. Nutrition programs are balanced and custom made for you. Strength training and cardio are progressive throughout your transformation period to get you to your goal as quickly as possible!
Whether you have 100+ pounds to lose or you just want to shed that last 10-15 to get to your goal, this program will get you there. It’s available for men or women, any age and any fitness level. Choose the 12-week program if you have less than 40 pounds of fat to lose. Choose the 16-week program if your weight loss goal is 40 pounds or greater.
When you sign up for the DIVA Lifestyle program, you will receive all of the support you need to see incredible results. This includes challenging workouts with exercises for every fitness level, as well as a meal guide to help you easily adjust to clean eating.
DIVA Lifestyle Plan
The fitness plan consists of 3-5 strength-training workouts per week. You will have access to all of the training FAQs, videos through a private Facebook account, the DIVA support group, and incentives. You can conduct your training sessions in the comfort of your own home or at a gym. This is your choice. All at-home workouts will incorporate using free weights, a yoga mat, medicine balls, and your own body weight.
After just 12 weeks, you can feel better and stronger than you ever have. This training program is designed to help you develop beautiful, long, and lean muscles, tightening every area of your body. This plan is about self-empowerment and becoming the best version of yourself!
DIVA Lifestyle Meal Guide
The DIVA Lifestyle Fit Meal Guide is not about restricting yourself to a diet but teaching you how to eat healthy and balanced meals. This food plan gives you freedom, never leaving you feeling deprived. You will learn to turn meal planning into a fun activity that you can maintain long term. Lindsay will teach you how to easily make well-educated, healthy choices in any situation.
An Environment for Success
The key to fitness success is having a supportive environment. The DIVA Lifestyle training program provides access to the closed Facebook group, group coaching, video connection with Lindsay and the DIVA coaches, check-ins via email to help hold you accountable, and constant access to support, motivation, and accountability.
Within the group, we discuss not only fitness and nutrition, but also many of the underlying problems that can result in unmet goals and body image issues. We want you to experience a healthy transition, allowing you to achieve success mentally and physically.

Initial Investment of 3 months for $399 then a monthly enrollment of $99 for every month after the first 3 months.
