Lightened Up Seven-Layer Dip

Ingredients:

  • 15-oz can fat-free refried beans
  • ½ diced jalapeño (adjust to taste)
  • 8 oz fat-free sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 8 oz guacamole or cut up avocado
  • 2 cups finely shredded reduced-fat cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes or drain a can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 bunch scallions, chopped
  • 1 can black olive slices – drained
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • Baked tortilla chips

 

In a clear baking dish, layer each of the following and serve with baked tortilla chips: Refried beans and jalapeno, Sour cream or yogurt mixed with taco seasoning, Guacamole or avocado, Shredded cheese, Tomatoes Scallions, Olives

Sprinkle cilantro on top and dig in!

Approximate Per serving (dip only): 83 calories, 5 g protein, 4.5 g fat
