Feta and Herb Dip

Feta and Herb Dip

This dip has lots of freshly chopped herbs that add a kick to this white bean dip. Serve with fresh veggies, like carrots, bell peppers, radishes, snow peas, broccoli or cauliflower florets. Great healthy option to serve as an appetizer for holiday parties!

Ingredients:

1 can white beans, rinsed

3/4 cups nonfat plain yogurt

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

1/4 cup fresh chopped chives

Directions:
Place beans, yogurt, feta, lemon juice, garlic salt, and pepper in a food processor and puree until smooth. Add in herbs; puree until well incorporated. Chill until ready to serve.
